The beef bulgogi was amazing. I was also amazed at how much I liked the potatoes...they had so much flavor!
Authentic Korean. I had the spicy squid for the first time this week and was skeptical that I'd like it. I loved it. I loved the flavors and the squid wasn't all rubbery as has often been my experience at other places.
Best Korean in Utah County
I've been eating at this establishment for 7 years so im basically family. I've been reading these bad reviews so i thought it's time to write one myself.Korean food is very meticulous and takes a lot of prep work beforehand. What's more there's only one old lady in her mid 50s working her butt off to try and get food out as soon as possible. So ya a little patience is necessary to eat some authentic, homestyle cooking (and anything culturally authentic is rare in Provo).I've read reviews saying that portions are small and not worth the price but understand that a lot of the ingredients are imported. But in all 7 years never once have they cheated me.Maybe about half of the bad reviews are due to complete ignorance, cultural or otherwise 😂
Good service and great food.
Fusion is our favorite Korean restaurant in Utah valley. The service is prompt and polite, they've always got a smile, and our food comes out in an amazingly short time for the quantity and quality that we're given. I am in love with the seafood pancake and the pork rib skillet is to die for. They the spicy tofu stew: it is a great meal for getting over a cold!
The food is great, best in Utah County as far as I can tell. Awesome, friendly service. It's not terribly busy either
My go to for Korean food. The food is amazing and the people are always nice. They're so kind with my little guy.
Fusion is one of our favorite places to go as a family. It is always delicious and the owner is a sweet Korean lady who is always happy to serve us her food. The bulgogi beef is wonderful, but anything that you order here is going to be gold. Really really recommend it if you're looking for authentic Korean food.
This is my absolute go-to place in Utah Valley for awesome Korean food and I have lived here for four years. I lived in Honolulu, HI prior to moving here for college, so I know what authentic Korean food is and this is the best you can get in the area. My favorite dish on the menu is the spicy grilled chicken. The owner and waitress who I always encounter are always very welcoming and warm to me. The portions are also very big and the prices reasonable. You won’t regret it if you come here for a casual lunch or dinner.
I haven't had a lot of Korean food, and I liked the bibimbap. Fairly priced. Only 4 stars because they never refilled my water.
This is a great place if you need a good introduction to Korean food! The menu has lots of information about the food. It lets you know which dishes are good for beginners and which ones are more preferred by natives. I always recommend the bibimbop in a stone bowl!! I also love the little yogurt drinks they sometimes offer after your meal.
Very yummy - bimbimbop and kimchi stew
I love this place. Delicious panchan (sp?), japchae, and bulgogi.
Best Korean in Provo/Orem area. We’ve been to all of them and it’s no contest. It is slow service, so plan on that, but it is totally worth it! It’s better priced than some of the others too. (And you ALWAYS see different Korean families eating there so you know it’s authentic!)
Great service and the best Korean food you can get in Utah! Honestly.. the best food you can get in Utah! I could eat here multiple times a week! They have good prices too!
Yummy stone bowl bibimbop!
Best real Korean food in the valley. Service can be slow depending on the day, but the food is great.
Yummy!
This is my first time here on the recommendation of my son. The food is amazing and I’m a picky eater so that’s saying a lot! The beef plate was tender and tasty. The staff was so friendly and made sure we had whatever we needed. I highly recommend this restaurant and since I just found out they are open normal business hours on July 4th, we might be back!!
I can't say I'm any type of Korean food expert, but the little I have experienced/tried supports this place as being the best Korean food I've had in Utah so far. Among the competition, Fusion stands out as my absolute favorite. The Bulgogi is great and sizzling, the soups are served at a vigorous boil, and the kimchi is just as kimchi-y as you would want. Great flavor and really decent portions. The service is a bit slow and drinks are not super easy to get refilled multiple times (even water) and it's just barely more pricey than I would say is fair. Not enough negative to take a full star, and the positives more than make up for any small nitpicks.
The best Korean Restaurant~~^^
I love Korean food, bulgogi and the sea food soup are really good, the soup is a big portion so I always share with my husband and you can tell them how hot you want it. They just need to upgrade the way they do sodas, they only have can soda which is not enough for the hot meal!Other than that it is a great place to go to have Korean food!!
Really great experience. This place deserves more business. If you want an authentic Korean experience then this place is for you. Very good.
Highly recommend it to anyone. Small business with delicious Korean traditional food. Will definitely go again! It may take longer if it is packed because there aren't that many chefs in the kitchen. The wait is LONG!
Terribly long wait; an hour for one entree. I got the soft tofu soup for 9.99 and an extra dollar for seafood. What I got was a decent soup but with two shrimps, an unopened mussel and two thumbtack sized pieces of squid. The rice I got on the side wasn't even filling the container. Sam Hawk just 5 minutes away is a little more pricey, but at least you don't have to wait an hour for soup and they fill the side bowl for rice.Do not recommend this place.
Great flavor, generous portions, quaint atmosphere, and a relative authentic feel to it. Really enjoyed the Beef bulgogi lunch plate.
Great service, great food, not so incredible location. Make sure to get out to this place if you love Korean.
Fusion Asian Grill has both superb customer service and excellent Korean food! Absolutely Love It!
You know when you are sick and you are far away from home and you are missing your mom’s cooking? Asian fusion is like a piece of home taste cooking. I love her food! I have been coming with my family here for 7 years now and we never tire of the food. I would it everyday if I could.
We LOVE this place!!! The food is delicious and always fresh. We always leave feeling full and happy :)
I went here for the first time and it blew mind! So incredible delicious. Some of the best tasting meat i have ever had! We went on a night where it was only the owner who was working. We could here her taking orders, payments and cooking up all the food herself. So be patient. Sometimes good food takes time!! We thought it was definitely worth it and will be returning. We got the beef bulgogi and the beef kalbi. We were told that the soups are also amazing. We will be trying that next time.
The Fusion grills makes the greatest bibimbop ever. And with all the little side dishes that come out with you're set for the whole evening with flavor! An authentic, lovely experience.
Great customer service! Great food! Made for a good lunch date with my wife. We have visited several times and love it every time.
This is my favorite restaurant!! I absolutely love Korean food and my mom and I have been to most of the Korean restaurants in Utah county and we both agree that this one is the best!! The owner is such a lovely, kind person and the food she makes is beyond delicious! Most everything is amazing, but I reccomend her kimchi bacon kimbap, Soondubu Jjigae (soft tofu stew), and Haejangguk (pork neck bone soup with nappa cabbage).
This is a great place for those looking for authentic Korean food. If you want to try a new food that comes out piping hot to your table, this is the place. I'm very impressed.
We ordered the Stone Bowl Teriyaki Chicken and the Spice Chicken. As always the food and service were excellent. The food was served very hot. We have eaten at Fusion Asian Grill many time and we have never been disappointed. The owners and staff are super friendly. We will return often.
We love it here! If you are looking for good Korean food, look no further. Side dishes are fantastic! I love the potatoes and the salad. They have great kimchi. All their meats are delicious and flavorful. We have gotten the kimchi fried rice, the stone bowl bibimbap, japchae, and other dishes as well. We have not been disappointed with anything we get. This is our go-to place when we are down in Provo.
This place is great! I loved the food (my family tried 6 different dishes and all of them were well prepared and the flavor was excellent). The place is simple and unpretentious but clean. We love Asian food and this is definitely a new family favorite.
Love this place. My preferred Korean restaurant, and my favorite restaurant overall. The staff is super friendly and it is a very family-oriented atmosphere. Love the pictures on the walls. The food is just the best. This is where I go eat when I want to be happy.
Love love love this place! Everytime I order & eat from here, I feel like it keeps getting better & better!
The quality of food was delicious- the meats came out still sizzling and the spice was on point. Would reccomend to anyone searching for asian cuisine. Each plate runs around $11 but they fill you up for sure
One of our orders got dropped, but we were a big group. Flavors were fantastic and it was all easy to share. I'll go back again to try something new.
Very good food. Love Korean. Good fast service, but wasn't busy.
They have delicious Korean food here, and I lived in Korea for a while! The owner is so sweet and kind and makes sure you love your food. I highly recommend this restaurant.
This place has a lot of options that other Korean restaurants don't have. The food is good and the staff is nice.
Good food for cheap but there are definitely some things that could be improved on like having description or explanation of menu items and having desert options.
Enjoyed the food here especially the spicy pork (so good!). The bulgogi in the stone bowl tasted like burnt oil and I wish I had gotten traditional bibimbap instead. Only reason for the four star was the atmosphere: we were the only customers in the restaurant and some of the employee/owners were sitting at a table talking near by. Service was good though. Would try again!
The food was great but it was pretty slow, even though we were the only ones there.
Amazing food
